REFUND POLICY

At Opus Christian Academy, tuition is non-refundable once a student has been enrolled and coursework has been assigned. This ensures that we can cover the cost of curriculum licensing, placement testing, student record creation, and academic support services that begin immediately upon enrollment.

The only exception to this policy applies to families using Education Savings Accounts (ESA):

• If an ESA program specifically requires unused funds to be returned in accordance with state law or ESA program guidelines, Opus Christian Academy will comply.
• Any refunds issued under ESA rules will be processed directly back to the state’s ESA program, not to the parent/guardian.

Parents enrolling outside of an ESA program should note that all tuition and fees are final and non-refundable.
